"Everything perfect. Convenient location to be able to move around freely both on foot and by public transportation. Room clean, tidy, equipped with every comfort. The managers are exquisite people, right from the reservation they gave us the maximum availability and their hospitality was really familiar. I highly recommend it to everyone, hoping to visit again soon."

"Vacation in Rome with two boys aged 15 and 17. The B&B is in a safe and quiet area, perfect for them to get around independently. The proximity to the metro made them independent to get to the center, while we parents enjoyed the peace of the Prati neighborhood. Luciana was super sweet and gave us advice on youth-friendly restaurants. The kids have already asked when we are coming back!"

"Weekend in Rome with children ages 6 and 9. The Prati neighborhood was a discovery: quiet for them to play in the courtyards, safe for evening walks, very close to Villa Borghese for bicycles. Matteo pointed us to the best ice cream parlors and playgrounds nearby. The children were so happy they never wanted to leave. Next time we will book a whole week!"

"First time in Rome as retirees, we wanted to enjoy the city at our own pace. The B&B is perfect: convenient elevator, quiet neighborhood with no confusion, public transportation within walking distance but possibility to do everything on foot. Luciana prepared a personalized map for us with the least strenuous routes to see the best of Rome. We felt pampered and protected. We will definitely come back to see what we didn't manage to visit!"

Facility located close to the Vatican and well connected with all public transportation, located near the Metro A. The rooms are spotless, the owners Matteo and Luciana exquisite people, even before we arrived they made themselves available on everything, we were welcomed like family: what more could you want when you meet such genuine owners! Next time we come to Rome, it will be mandatory stop at Matteo and Luciana's, thank you for everything!

I stayed at Ad Maiora B&B for three nights and it was a great experience. I stayed in the "Forum" room, which was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal, within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurants, charming cafes and the train station. What really made my stay special were the hosts, Matteo and Luciana. They were incredibly kind and helpful, offering thoughtful suggestions and flexible support during my stay. They even allowed me to do a late check-out, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Ad Maiora B&B to anyone visiting Rome. When I come back, it will absolutely be my first choice.
