Ad Maiora B&B is located in the prestigious Prati district, at 35 Francesco Sivori Street, offering the perfect balance between residential tranquility and proximity to Rome’s main attractions.
The property is excellently connected with the metro station line A Cipro (5 minutes walk), Valle Aurelia (where there is also the railway line FL3 Roma – Viterbo), as well as with the bus shuttle stop from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports and numerous bus lines.
Particularly convenient for health reasons: the Ophthalmic Hospital is a 5-minute walk away, the Bambino Gesù Hospital is 1.5 km away, and the Gemelli Polyclinic is 15 minutes away.
